MANUFACTURING Aycan Aviation has experienced in machining of super-alloys, titanium, Inconel-718, RN88, RN41, stainless steel, aluminium and some other materials and capable of manufacturing high precision parts with high quality with the capabilities of CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and CMM Inspection. Knowing the specifications and variations of the special alloys, such as Inconel 718 and RN 41, after machining, allows us to make required revisions to the process to meet tight customer requirements. Aycan Aviaiton is a General Electric Aircraft Engine (GEAE) and ITP (Industria de Turbo Propulsores SA) certified supplier to manufacture engine parts for TEI - G.E partnership. Aycan possesses NADCAP Certification for all the special processes; edge break, turning and holemaking that it has been approved by the OEM. Aycan has adopted lean manufacturing approach to turn out to be more flexible and with its cellular manufacturing that decreases the costs and wastes through lean manufacturing principles.
