Our Production and Capabilities
Our company manufactures precision aircraft engine parts, helicopter engine components, and structural parts, including detailed part production. Focusing particularly on rotating aircraft engine components, we have played a key role in producing critical parts for projects led by TEI such as LEAP, CFM56, Genx, GE90, and T700-TEI-701D. Since 1997, we have manufactured over 700 parts with various and complex geometries. Aycan Aviation has contributed significantly to all projects for both commercial and military engine manufacturers with its experienced team, successfully completing every project. We have extensive experience in processing difficult-to-machine superalloys used in the aerospace sector, such as Inconel 718, Rene, stainless steel, maraging steel, and titanium.
