F-110-GE-100 Turbofan Engine Project
The special process component manufacturing of F-110-GE-100 turbofan engines, used in F-16 fighter jets, has also been carried out at our company for many years.

Aycan Aviation has a significant share in the manufacturing of parts for the T700-TEI-701D turboshaft engine produced by TEI, which has the same configuration as General Electric Aviation's T700-GE-701D turboshaft engine.

CFM-56 / CF-6 Engine Program
For the CFM-56 and CF-6, among the world’s most reliable engine programs, the final operations of the HPT AFT Shaft, one of the most critical components, are carried out at Aycan Aviation. Aycan Aviation holds a strategic position for TEI TUSAŞ in this engine program.<

GEnx Motor Manufacturing
For the GEnx engines used in Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 747-8 aircraft, various component manufacturing is carried out at Aycan Aviation as part of the project involving TEI TUSAŞ.

LEAP Motor
In the LEAP engine project, the world's most preferred next-generation commercial engine, TEI TUSAŞ is the largest engine parts supplier, and Aycan Aviation plays a significant role in this project alongside TEI. The next-generation LEAP engine is gaining importance in the development of aircraft engine technology. The LEAP engine powers Airbus A320neo, Boeing 737, and COMAC C919 platforms. Our company manufactures many parts within the scope of the LEAP Engine Project and is TEI TUSAŞ's largest supplier. Our new investments are also shaped in line with this project.
