Quality Capability

Quality is prioritized at the highest level throughout every stage of our operations.

Our company is certified in accordance with the AS9100 Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. All manufactured parts are monitored through in-process inspections during production, while intermediate and final inspections are carried out by our Quality Control Department to verify compliance with applicable customer requirements and industry standards.

Quality Control Infrastructure


  • CMM

    Our Quality Control infrastructure is supported by four high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), enabling dimensional measurement and verification of components up to 2,500 × 1,500 × 1,000 mm. Thanks to advanced probing technologies, precise and repeatable measurements of complex geometries are performed in accordance with international standards.

  • Profile Measurement

    High-precision contour and profile measurement systems enable the measurement and verification of complex geometries up to 280 mm. The system provides highly accurate analysis of profiles, contours, angles, radii, grooves, and other special geometries.

  • Optical Measurement System

    Non-contact optical measurement technology enables precise dimensional verification, geometric analysis, and fast, reliable measurement of complex part features.

  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

    An advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is utilized to support efficiency, traceability, and continuous improvement throughout production processes.

    • Monitoring of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and performance indicators
    • Analysis of downtime and root causes
    • Evaluation of operator performance
    • Verification of standard cycle times
    • Real-time monitoring of production quantity, production time, and process compliance

Through the MES infrastructure, we aim to increase production efficiency, ensure accurate cost calculation, optimize resource utilization, continuously improve process performance, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
